What is Covered?
The warranty covers all aspects of the machines, including labor. All parts replaced are OEM or equivalent.
What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover wear items such as walking belts, drive belts, treadmill walking decks, cables, etc. The warranty also does not cover negligent use or malicious damage.
Used Equipment
90 Day limited residential warranty, 30 day commercial
Products sold in "Used" condition are covered by a 90 Day limited residential warranty (30 day commercial). The used item is complete and in great working condition. The equipment has been cleaned, serviced and fully tested prior to shipping.
What is Covered?
The limited warranty covers defective motors, alternators, or complete failure within the first 90 days of residential use or 30 days for commercial use. In addition, your limited warranty covers excessive grinding and abrasive noises. A local service technician will provide the repair with new or used OEM or generic parts.
What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover TV screens or failures due to misuse or neglect of equipment.
